My best friend Stephanie recently celebrated the big 4-0, so she gathered her friends and we met in Kauai for a week of sun and fun. It was hard to find the sun on some days, but we sure did have fun! The mai-tais, the guava daquiris, the fish tacos, and good girlfriends...there's nothing like it. I'm so very thankful for the friends in my life. They have helped form who I am today. My boys were well taken care of...Daddy was home for part of it, and Nana and Bumpa were happy to pick up the slack while Daddy was on a trip. Thanks, Nana and Bumpa! And a big thanks to Michael who let Mommy escape with the girls. :)

Spring Fever - Trips to the park!

We've been spending a lot of time at some of Chandler's city parks lately. The Arizona weather has been glorious and we want to take it all in before it starts getting unbearably hot, which will be VERY soon. Ethan and Ryan are happiest when they can run and play oudoors and love it when we meet up with friends at the park. They've been enjoying riding their bikes and Ethan recently ditched the training wheels! I've attempted to capture their best smiles when they're in their element. Now, if only the pool water would heat up without it being 100 degrees out!
